Cans for Kids is a non profit organization dedicated to helping children by providing monetary donations to the Connecticut Children's Medical Center. Through donations of returnable cans and bottles from the members of the community and area businesses, Cans For Kids has donated over $500,000 to the hospital since 1990.

Interested in helping "Cans For Kids"? Take your returnable cans and bottles (must state on the bottle that they can be redeemed in Connecticut) and drop them off at one of the following local can sheds.

• Enfield, Raffia Plaza on Raffia Road
• Windsor, Kennedy Road Shell on Kennedy Road
• Windsor Locks, Corky's Auto Parts on Spring Street
